 This delightful little hummingbird visits our back patio nearly every morning to take a brief rest. |

 This "Baby Toes" (Fenestraria) is from the deserts of South Africa. It produces large silky yellow or cream flowers. The tips of the leaves have translucent windows that filter the harsh African sun from the tender photosynthesis cells underneath. |
